TDC Stereo Colorist II by B&H W/RF ?Repair?

I just aquired a 1950's Stereo Colorist II, the model with a rangefinder.
it has twin 35mm f/3.5 Rodenstock lenses.

The shutter's are inoperative, and I am looking for a place to repair it.

Prefer USA/Canada... but, other places are acceptable.

After several web searches...and a few emails, I got 2 responses...

$100-125 fix the shutter, aline and adjust the RF, and fix the shutter wheel stiffness
