Tensioning lever stuck in cocked position

The tensioning lever of my Voigtlander Bessa I is currently stuck in the cocked position. It won't release. How can I fix this without damaging my camera? Thanks.

Do not force it. Disassemble the shutter to clean and reset it. It is not really difficult or dangerous to dig one or two steps into leaf shutters - there are illustrated how-tos for most Compur and Prontor shutters out on the net.
