After reading it, it looks like the marketing end will be OK'd, and a Trust Fund will be set as an Estate...

But, her extended relatives may still not have any claim to the potential $M's that might be earned via her work being sold, and other venues.

And the courts may still limit the profit allowed to the marketers, so the Trust can be built up... But for what??
