terrible experience with adorama (resolved)

An Adorama representative called me and talked over the problem, and offered to pay for the repair on the camera in the form of a partial refund, and also gave me a $30 store credit. This was unexpected, so I have to say that they are fully redeemed in my eyes. Although there was a problem to begin with, they have done their part in full to correct the problem and I will order from them again.

It's very nice to see businesses giving that personal touch like this. Thanks to Adorama for coming through!

I have to say as well that after Helen followed up with me I was called by the used department manager who took a lot of time to hear out the experience. I wasn't complaining in the first place, but they (obviously for good reason) were concerned enough to deal with it properly. He offered me an obscene deal on a Mamiya 7 and lens, though I've decided since to buy locally.
