Somehow I would think if it was a PR piece they wouldn't have put in the sentence about hoping it will "mature" into FF...the implication being that as it is it's not quite ready for prime time

... or the fact that he mentions that only the "well-to-do" can afford the lenses new. I doubt Leica would want to imply that.
