...I will have nothing to do with Photoshop, but I find these photos extraordinary and moving...thanks for bringing them to the community...

great photos and a lot of work to find the old locations.
Photoshop is used for burn/dodge and countless other things we do in the darkroom. There is no reason to avoid it.
I might add elections have consequeses and Hitler was one example.
Think the German people would have voted for war if they knew in 1933 what his plans were. I am guessing no. But when you believe a bunch of campaign speeches and promises and do not or can not think, you get what you deserve. I will say that mistake took 30,000,000 lives.
Russia alone took 20 mil, 6 mil jews executed, got to be 4 somewhere else.
