This morning I picked up from the Post Office my CV 75mm finder, ordered in anticipation of the M2 that's on it's way to me from Onno.
I took it out of its box, removed it from its sexy little bag, put it too my eye, and looked through. Cool.
Then I opened my other eye as well. Wow.
I'd never looked through a life-size finder before. Now I see what all the fuss is about!
The shame is, the 75 is about as wide as I can comfortably go with a 1:1 VF, on account of my spectacles.
It is a beautifully made little thing, as well. If anyone is interested, I got it from Ffordes. They had it listed in the used section of their site for GBP49 - as against the price of a 'new' one at GBP80. But it is brand new, in the box.
They still have (at least) one listed at that price if anyone is interested. (No afiliation, of course. But with RW's reported current tactics I'd rather buy my new CV gear from Ffordes. Which I did before anyway. There you go.)
