Depends what I'm up to........
I have a "daily" bag that commutes with me to London. It usually contains a Leica M6TTL, a 28mm Elmarit-M and a 50mm Summicron-M. Occasionally, it will have a Nikon F3HP, a 35mm/f2 and an 85mm/f1.8.
Weekends see me shooting more land / seascapes and I choose from a variety of MF cameras or even a recently acquired Wista 5x4 field camera.
I've recently acquired an Olympus OM2n (had one years ago when I shot weddings / portraits) and a 50mm/f1.8. I'm considering shooting this combo, exclusively, for a month and see if I'm happy / happier with less kit. We'll see.....
Anyway, I admit I'm a gear junkie bit it's just fun and I'd flog the lot in a heartbeat if the choice was cameras or a roof over our head.

The best camera is one that still works!
I planned a day out today visiting one of my favourite little country towns in northern New South Wales. As I lay in bed last night I was still undecided about what camera/cameras, lens/lenses to take and still hadn't decided this morning ... M2 and 50mm C sonnar? maybe something medium format? the RD-1 hasn't any use for a while! ... and so it went on!
Half an hour before I was due to leave I still hadn't made up my mind and my head was spinning! I eventually took my OM-1 and three lenses ... 35/50/85mm Zuikos and wouldn't you know it, after a three hour drive I figured I wasn't really in the mood for photography, had a coffee and came home!

A former dictator was said to be the source of the following idea: Politics is the art of saying you will do one thing, while all the while intending to do another. And then when you do act, you neither do the thing you said you would do, nor the thing you intended.
