It seems something is blocking my Jupiter12 when I want to mount it on my Leica II. Is it the Rangefinder or the mount? I couldn't tell and I didn't want to force it on.

Is it starting to thread? Or does it feel like the rear element is hitting something?
Did you already figure it out? I feel like I saw a photo of your Leica with the Jupiter-12 on it.

This was kind of a test shot to see how my J-12 would do wide open. I'm pretty impressed with it...

Lens is good, picture is better!
Really like the pastel color palette and the contrast of organic / curvy forms in the background with the geometrical / straight ones in the foreground. Pretty impressive for a "test shot" -- mine are usually silly throwaways like potted plants around the house! :D

I finally got time to get a roll from my Jupiter 12 shot developed scanned and uploaded.

My lens is in nice shape, but has a healthy amount of oil on the aperture blades. It mounts fine on my Nikon S2, except that it instantly made the scratch around the righthand side of the mount. As you can see from the photo it's a black LZOS lens made in 1978, and I'm guessing from the Cyrillic that it was a domestic market lens.
