I used the CZJ 5cm/2 recently from Saturday morning until the sun set at Pensacola Beach. Here is what developed over the day, as documented by me with the Contax IIIa and this old lens:

1. The morning hours.

It started with Dana and Lina meeting up with Claire at Chucke Cheese, while Robin and I discussed our GAS situations. This was followed by Lina and Dana relaxing for an hour on the front yard of our home.

Lina needs a hair cut to remove that part of her hair that is covering her eyes. It is time to take her to get her hair cut!

2. Lina getting a haircut at my local barbershop:

In the end, Lina was smiling again.

Lovely pics,-from a great lens, Raid.....I have just the humble J8 copy, but must have got lucky with a mint 1959 example, as the rendition is very similar.

cheers, Dave.

3. Arts festival: In the afternoon, we all drove down to the historical Pensacola downtown, and we took a walk through an arts festival that was held at Seville Square.

I feel great when I see my daughters get close with nature around them. The day was a good one indeed, and the old Sonnar lens did well.

Thank you, Dave.

Yes, the J-8 is a jewel that does not cost a lot. My J-8 example may not be in mint condition cosmetically, but optically it is an excellent lens.
