Technical details? Lenses? Filters?
Jaap, the lenses are abbreviated, with 90AA I mean the Apo Summicron 90 mm f:2 Asph., and with SE 21/3.4 I mean the Super Elmar 21 mm f:3.4 Asph.. CV Heliar 15/4.5 is the Voigtländer 15 mm f:4.5II.
Filters are B+W, 091 Red and 060 Yellow-Green as noted.
For the 15 mm f:4.5II I did not mention the custom made attenuator type grad ND, 2 stop, from a Singh-Ray Galen Rowell 2 f-stop soft grad ND Filter ND-2G-SS and a 52 mm Tama U-Slim Digital UV Filter.

90AA, ISO 1000, 1/250 sec, f:2 (I had to guestimate the focus with some bracket shots, unfortunately, my 90AA has to be adjusted for the MM, has slight backfocus). Conversion with ACR 7.

90AA, ISO 800, 1/125 sec, f:2. 25 shots from a closer camera point, stitched with PTGUi. Converison with Photo Ninja.

CV Heliar 15 mm f:4.5 @ 1/90 sec f:6.7 ISO 320, with attached screw on 0.9 ND grad filter. Conversion with Photo Ninja, then CS3 and Silver Efex for a manual blend after double converison and manual stitch after flattening the blends, to get a square FOV

90AA, ISO 5000, 1/250 sec, f:2 , six shots stitched with PTGUi for a wider FOV. Conversion with Photo Ninja

Super Elmar 21 mm f:3.4 Asph., ISO 320, f:6.7 with B+W 091 Red filter screwed on, three shots for a vertical stitch (PTGUi), 1/125 sec to 1/180 sec. Conversion with LR4
