The Obama Deception (New Mexico Trip photo)

This graffiti advertising an anti-Obama website is painted on the back of an abandoned restaurant on old Route 66, which I discovered when I got off I-40 at an exit that led only to a few old abandoned buildings along the road. The funny thing is, the web address points to a non-existent site! If you try to go to theobamadeception.com, you'll get a "Domain not found" error message. Even if it did exist, this isolated location in the middle of nowhere is a strange place to advertise it. It is 50 miles from the nearest human being. It took some serious dedication to 'the cause' to drive out here to paint that!

chris, the graffiti may be off the beaten track and the website dormant, but they got at least two people to look at this already today. of course, it's not going to impact my vote next year.

I just realized that I made this photograph a month ago. It was August 9. Wow, the time has flown by! Wish I was still out there, it was an incredible trip.
