The back & foreground look like a very difficult one to render beautifully. The lens handled it well. Too bad I don't have the $$$ for this baby, not that I have the body for it.

Thanks, I like the swirliness too. My M-Rokkor 40 does a similar thing with foliage. At first I didn't care for the effect, but it's grown on me. Speaking of nice effect, I like the redscale reverse! Never tried it myself, but might have to experiment now.

Redscale is interesting. Some of the photos I got back from the developer were mirrored I think because the emulsion is reversed and they didn't realize it when making the scans. Here is an example. (linked because there isn't any bokeh.)
