The Undead Street

Classic everyone-look-elsewhere-at-once scene, Erik. But I also like the 3rd image where the one man on the platform waves at you. A more dynamic image.

Thanks Robert, the third one does have that direct connectivity with someone who noticed me. But the first one - "everyone-look-elsewhere-at-once" wasn't in Sparrow's list of cliches, so I thought I'd try.

I'm with Erik with the fascination with the subterranean world and its possible affect on us, an odd world for sure.

I just spent the last weekend in a city with its own metro system. It's been a while since I've been in a metro system. I took a few pictures.

Public transit and doctor's waiting rooms seem to be two places where consistently we are in similar situations but put ourselves so far apart from each other.

Monz, in addition to enjoying your life-filled photos, I appreciate your subtle signatures. :)

I enjoy the way that subway systems throw me into a tube with a dozen, a hundred, a thousand other humans and not-humans and smash us together so that for one brief moment on our varied journeys from and to different places we are connected only through our disconnection with the world and weather and air and and and of the world just outside the station.

THis is really sweet. Very classic triangular composition. Looks almost like you posed it but just enough uncontrolled things going on that tell that you didn't. Nicely seen.
