I can see why: he radiates decency and dignity and calm, and composed a message that cannot be spun in the usual counterclockwise fashion by those who dislike social welfare. Good coverage in the rest as well, Michael.
An estimated 4k on the street today but among all the corporate banners ,whistles and drums this lone man with his simple hand written message stood out for me.

Having looked thru the 20 pages, this is what I think of "undead" street photography: if you can not to do it, please don't.

Probably come from the same background.
Look, I understand this “philosophy”.
Yes, collecting cameras, sometimes taking is for a little walk, even shoot something in the process. Friends-collectors will do the same. Then later exchange positive comments, everybody comes home happy.
The fact that successful, beautiful, interesting gracious picture did not even conceive to exist - does not bother anybody. Nice camera, nice lenses, what else is needed?
I understand it, but do not subscribe to this point of view. Sorry.

You may have to name names Mikhail, or we won't know who you're referring to - not a pleasant thing to do as we found out earlier in the thread. However, with respect, without identifying those images that aren't 'up to scratch' aren't such comments a little pointless?
I'm happy to be an example if my photographs leave you cold. I just think some explanation would help elevate this to a discussion rather than a comment that could be interpreted as a little snide by some.

Perhaps I should point out, I'm not itching for a war of words but am genuinely interested in, at least two very strong viewpoints that have come out of this thread.
Maybe some volunteers from this thread to have their pictures discussed and critiqued in light of some of the comments and discussion here.
I'll put my hand up to get the ball rolling.

... sadly at this point I'm unable to take part in this particular debate other than to refer to my original, and what I thought light-hearted, post ...

I do not mind what anyone says about me. I don't want to win a popularity contest.
