It's my first time to use the viewfinder for the newly arrived 21f4.

My issue is: it's quite annoying that my nose tip frequently touched the 'internal viewfinder' when I was using the external viewfinder on the hot shoe(of course I was using my right eye to view🙂).

So is there any way to avoid this akward situation, there must be...

hi there...

I have found similar issues in the past with other cameras I'v owned. (dont have the problem with my bessa as I use the L as I only shoot wides with it and like the stripped down feel). But Iv found a double shoe adapter often works, moves your nose that little bit higher and you can fit a spirit level if you need / want one.

Thank you Matt! The double shoe adapter will definitely work, but could it generate some inaccurate composition?

I know the worry newfinder, I had some issues using the system with my setup, but you have a slight compensation for the finder, and you get used to the difference really quickly.

Use left eye. Solves problem. Nose oil on the camera's back is merely a minor nuisance.
