10/ Yashica GSN - cheap easy to use, lighter than a Canon MkII 5D
09/ Olympus XA - sub for a digital P/S
08/ Bronica ETRS - tons of these from former wedding studios. It's MF
07/ Canon P - slight cachet for those who know film photography, RF hipster material
06/ Pentax Spotmatic - slight cachet for those who know film photography, SLR hipster material
05/ CV Bessa R3M/A - used and solid performer, for up to date RF w metering keeping it simple
04/ Olympus OM1 - What can be said … thank you Mr Maitani
03/ Canonet GIII QL 17 - topical camera… John Waters, Pecker
02/ Rolleicord - 'Helmut Newton lite'

smart.. at least the M's won't be "discovered" too quickly and driving the price up even further.. just drive up those not-so-good cameras like the FM10, leave the FA, OM, F100, MX, A-1 etc so their prices won't soar..

but, some of the recommendations are quite good, though..

they have hidden agenda here..
