"this image type is not supported yet"?

I just tried to upload a picture to my gallery and got the message:
"this file type(7)is not supported yet"--
What the? I used the same method I have used for all the vast number of pics I already have(OK-its only 9) in my gallery, used the same lab, got the same Kodak photo CD I always get, sized the pic to the appropriate HxW,
In other words I haven't changed the way I'm doing this so what am I missing?
And what's type 7?
Anybody got a clue [cuz I don't] about this?

Thanks, Titrisol. Of course now I'm really confused by this. Off to work shortly but I'll try to dig a little deeper into this later.

Well, I tried again to upload this picture(and 1 other) and it worked. Dunno why nor why not the other day...
