I sold my Petri 7s a long time ago and cannot check this personally at the moment - what might be the diameter of the threaded end of the wide and tele aux lenses that go on the 45/1.8 lens? I am curious if either aux lens could be used with the Panasonic LX3 (and the 46mm adapter).
Petri 7s filter thread size is 52mm, and it's here that the wide/tele lenses attach. Being larger than your 46mm desired size, it might work well with a 52-on-46mm filter adapter. Optical compatibility of course is another matter, and it might be interesting to see what happens with the matchup!

Thank you Doug, this sounds promising. The LX3 adapter I ordered comes with the 46->52 step-up ring, and I've read about folks using all sorts of off-brand lens attachments on the LX3. I will post my results on RFF.
