Thanks for the tip on the "Thumbie"; just bought one. Simple sleek design, though not so easily moved from one M8/M9 to another.![]()
Doug, that's why you might end up buying two

I would fully recommend a Thumbie. The adhesive pad is very strong and costs a lot less than a Thumbs Up. Just make sure you lick the pad before hand so you can position it. Will be stuck fast in 30 minutes and really looks like an original part of the camera. Very comfy.

You can buy 4-5 thumbie for the cost of one thumbs-up.Thanks for the tip on the "Thumbie"; just bought one. Simple sleek design, though not so easily moved from one M8/M9 to another.![]()
I'm loving mine. Doesn't stick out a much, it looks like part of the camera, hot shoe is available. Far superior to thumbs-up.

Mine arrived today, very fast shipping from the UK to US. I installed it and I think I will like it better than my Thumbs Up (which was just beginning to brass nicely).

I've added a video to YouTube about my M8 and featuring the Thumbie, if of interest.
