Mark Won is the winner of the Leica Connections Photo contest. Married and the father of three, he lives in Willow Grove, PA and started using Leica cameras about 2 years ago. He began using a digital SLR, but soon the bulk of the lens/body combo, and the cumbersome controls, made him slowly leave the camera at home more and more. He then went from the D-Lux 3 and the D-Lux 4 to the Digilux 2 and later the Digilux 3 with primes. Realizing that he enjoyed the manual operation of the Digilux 2, the M8 was the natural progression to rangefinder shooting. He states "The way of seeing the shot prior to lifting the camera was very natural to me". He is now looking forward to using the LEICA X1 he just won.
