I see now. I am not used to putting up thumbnails and did not know it would do that. You had me freaked out. 😀 I thought, my gosh, either he is from Fort Worth, Texas or you used to live there.

I like the patchwork of the buildings in the background but I find the overall photo a little boring. They guy is too much in the center of the frame and there just isn't a lot going on here.

I think it's a good backdrop and I might be tempted to go hang out there and wait for more to happen.

Thanks, Lazar, gotta love that diafine! I liked the way the girl's arm seemed to parallel one of the statue's figure's legs. I liked the rhythm. I know I said this before, but I like the way your pedestrian seems perceived by the posters and manikins.

Todd's work is always superb and inspiring. There's a gritty, unbalanced feel to his image communicated through the grain as well as the framing. I like it a lot! 🙂
 
#28 from "model337": I like the eye contact, the muted colors and the odds and ends lying behind the fence. But the cut off legs and the placement of the man in the center don't work for me. However to include the legs from eye level would mean too much of empty street and less of the interesting buildings. Getting low or shooting from hip level might help with that. So I'd have the entire body of the person at about 1/3rd into the frame from the left.

Thank you All. Jeff, I am stuck now with Diafine and will be for some time.

Starting tomorrow morning I am out for 2 days in North Israel with 3 color rolls ISO 100 and 3 TriX's and my wife + Bessa R.

I will post some new stuff while back from the excursion
