Time to sell but which to keep

1. 35mm Rangefinders

MP. Keep the ultimate manual film Leica from that group and ditch the rest.

2. 35mm SLRs
Nikon FE

Not a Nikon guy, but I'd be inclined to take the FE over the F for its slightly more portable form factor, and aperture-priority AE is a huge plus.

3. Medium format
Hasselblad 500cm

I've never used a Hassie, but if my Bronica S2 is any indication, the 6x6 interchangeable-back SLR is a great platform.

3. Digital
Sony A7ii

The X100s is a great camera, but limited by the fixed lens. I'd keep it along side the A7II, but when you have a 24MP full frame camera that can fit literally any lens, how can you make any other choice? Also, M8s are getting old, and have that aps-c sensor.

EDIT: ONe day late, one dollar short, but I can see that you didn't quite stick to one camera from each group. But I am glad that my reccomendations were pretty close to the actuality 🙂

So Maitani.....what happened?

I would have kept Hasselblad, F, M5, maybe M8. Bought iPhone (which I don't have).

Who cares what WE think. Keep what YOU use the most; sell most of the rest. Just ask yourself what camera or cameras have you tended to use over the last year, w/o forcing yourself to use it.

Retain some variety, however. Creative people get bored easily, and they can get bored even of their favorite camera and lens if they shoot it too much.

You definitely have lots of stuff though.

If me, I would keep the M3, M5 and the Rollie. That gives you some great equipment but also totally different shooting experiences. Sell the rest.
