The body language of the little girl makes "the picture" ! the crossed legs (not sure about spelling, sorry) gives a sense of precariousness which is well rlated to the title of the picture. Bravo.

With all those crisp new `bills`, he's setup for life?

I'll bet it was "Pretty Woman"

This is great documentary photography and has stimulated an amount of social awareness in me to ask how old is this kid and where are his parents so they can be locked up.

. . . and where did he get all that money from?
Seems I will have to make myself clearer.
There are far too many `notes` in the guitar case and all of the same denomination for any street busker let alone a couple of kids. Most buskers I see are lucky to have a few coins. This kid is `rolling` in it.
I would hazard a guess that the childrens parents (or parent) are about 10 feet away, behind the camera. If there had perhaps been a scattering of coins and one or two scrunched up and torn notes, the picture would have carried more weight.
Further, unless some passing and extremely generous/wealthy person had taken pity and emptied the contents of their wallet into the case, these children must have been there for sometime in order to make that much money. Surely, even a passing policeman would have seen them and they'd be enjoying ice-cream and soda down the local cop shop by now?
Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe it is a setup.
Great picture though.

Not a setup... although I suspect a parent was near by. The kid was singing his heart out. Not many people passed by with out dropping a bill in his case. He got a 5 from me.
