D76 or ID!! & use the Ilford recommended time for ID11 and use an accurate thermometer.
A few rolls are always chancy because water supply varies, thermometers are off & your agitation may be different.
I use Lake Michigan water, good thermometer, 10 sec every 60 sec, Ilford time for D76, single condenser enlarger, and negs come out for #2 paper bang on perfect.
Diffusion enlarger 10% more time.
I would make 6 exposures, cut off 12" and do a test. Do not listen to what others do. This process needs to be found by experiment.

Marvelous photos of the firemen. Does it get any better than these photos? I don't think so. 🙂 A great film regardless the developer.

I think a mixture of the Zeiss 45/2 on the G1 and the vc 35/2.5 skopar on the Zeiss Ikon.
I would have to check the negs. I took a roll on each camera 🙂

The other sets are mostly a mixture of FP4 and Foma 200.
The LQN does a nice job on both films.
