Film is the other way
@ w-cat; I used Mark about 2 yrs ago for a CLA on my Lynx 14e. He did a fine job but it was pricey ~$175 before mailing costs both ways.
He is also very, very slow. Eventually he gets there but if you expect a 60 day turnaround you may get frustrated. It's best to call him or email him prior to sending your camera. Just a H/U for those unaware.

Re-re-reviving this thread:
Anyone know approximately what it would cost to fix a slow shutter on a Rolleicord V? I think it's only the slow speeds that are off. I'd like to have a fully functional camera, but if a repair will cost more than the camera (or a Yashica-Mat 124) then it wouldn't make much sense.

Yes, I had read the thread and already contacted two sources for quotes. I just wanted to see if anyone here had experience with a similar repair or could give any insight on what to do.

Brett... I always thought the 2.8 was a Planar and only found on the Rolleicord.
There are no Rolleicords with Planars, you might be thinking a Xenar (Tessar-type)?

Rich, of course you're absolutely right about "no Planar's on the 'cord's". This was a case of goofing around here on RFF with Brett/Joe Friday. We do that sort of thing. He's just better at it than I am.
