I'm getting ready to do some fun comparison shots with different RF's that I have. Overall, I'm looking to see how each compares to each other in different situations. In this instance I'm looking to use early-mid 20th century RF's:
Argus C-3 Matchmatic
Argus C-3
Fujiyama Emi K
Zeiss Ikon Maximar 207/1 w/Kalart Synchro RF mounted to it.
Kodak Pony 828
Perflex-22
Agfa Optima II-S
Ricoh Flex 35
Yashica GSN
Ward 550
I know some of these are considered bottom of the barrell and others are loved still today. I think this is going to be a fun project to see which cameras give the best results and I'll be really happy if I can find a a best situation for each camera. I'd love to get a Leica or 2 into this comparison but my wallet just does not want to go that route quite yet.
To give a fair comparison point I'm thinking of using a Mamiya/Sekor 1000DTL with a Meyer-Optik Gorlitz lens as the standard. All cameras will be using the Kodak TMax 100 B&W Film except for the Zeiss, which is a plate camera.
Any tips?

Shooter of Film...
I would use a hand held meter so they all have consistent exposures...
This was taken with an Argus C-3 Color-Matic with a Cintar lens...

Kinda funny you mention the light meter. My better 1/2 is coming to terms with my GAS and she just picked me up a new old stock Weston Master II 735 & a Sixtus light meter. They came in a lot with another Argus Matchmatic, an F. Denkel Munchen Compur and a Rolleiflex Standard Compur.
You know they love you when they'rer 1100 miles away and start buying up stuff to feed your GAS.
Very nice shot, I love how it held focus all the way up the building

Thanks...I was impressed with the results too...this was the first roll I put through the camera...most likely shot at f/8...don't remember what exactly I was focusing on...
