I took my two daughters out while my wife drove to the university library to study. Since the beach is my daughters' favorite spot, I drove over there. Last week, there were few people on the beach, but today I was shocked to find many thousand young people "letting it all out" as they say. I took along two small stools for the kids and my small camera bag. Immediately, I felt out of place with the camera bag since no matter where you turn there were nearly naked people all around us. It must be the beginning of Spring Break for some schools. I took out my little P&S camera with the 24mm lens, and photography became less obvious to people around us. I will hopefully have some nice photos to post here once I get the film developed and scanned. After the beaches, we drove to the historical downtown of Pensacola. It was very nice there too. Old trees and old buildings with green grass and great weather. There. I used a Zorki04 with a Canon 35mm/1.8 lens. What a great day indeed.

Me too...

Spent the morning watching cartoons with my 2 year old (He's not disciplined enough to sit still in Church so my wife and I go separately... this was her week). Then spent the afternoon with my 8 year old. He was "photographer's assistant" as we ventured into the rural fringes of northwest Los Angeles. Interspersed with the rural mansions are some really rustic scenes. The light was bright but not glaring. Had a chance to use the new tripod and ball head. It worked out much better than I expected! Then we hiked along the mountains in an area where western movies were once shot.

A great day here on the West Coast also!

I'm not sure I would have left the beach. 🙂

Frank: One of my girls said "Daddy, let's go", and I had no choice. Next weekend I will volunteer again to take the girls out ... he he he. I am a good man who loves taking good photos.

Raid, make sure you upload all the photos to the gallery. Thanks! 😎

Frank: I hope the images come out nice. They should, since the P&S is fully automatic and we had great sunny weather with blue skies and not so blue bodies all over the place.

Brian: Why don't you post some of your photos in this thread. maybe others will follow suit and we will have a nice thread with family photos and so on. The "so on" will be especially important to individuals who need Cialis and similar

I will as soon as I get a scanner. Shouldn't be too much longer!

My Mother had a real good cure for that

I am sending out the slide film tomorrow and I hope to end the negative film very soon and have that one developed locally.

From Frank: Please do hurry with the development and scanning. Can't wait.

Jeez, can't you find a 1-hour lab? Frank G. only has 29 hours left. (Cialis is supposed to work for 36 hours) 😀

Please have her give me a call. I'm in the book. I sure could use some good advise.

So, how's your ear... did it ever recover from all of that twisting?

That's a good one! I did not immediately get it, but after a few seconds I did, and it is funny.

George: Maybe the RFF can get donations for additional Cialis and Viagra pills for the needy people here. There will a rather stiff competition, by the way! :bang:

Weird thing about bodies today...

My wife and I went to a store 'cuz we needed some things. I left her by the women's clothing area to pick something else, and when I returned I guessed she was in the fitting rooms.

Well... I just peeked in, from a distance, and saw a young woman in the fitting rooms area. She was trying some clothes... outside of the stall, in full view of the entire world.

First I thought it was her reflection on a mirror. Then I realized there was no mirror... and walked away.

I can understand your finding yourself surrounded by young, semi-naked bodies, Raid. At least you had your girls in tow! 🙂 They give you an aura of respectability, I suppose.

Francisco: Yes, my daughters were a good "shield" for me. I managed to take some photos of them and the ocean, with some background that hopefully is pleasing to the eye. We'll see ...
