Nice, but it needs a few more images to go with it I believe. It's a good shot, but not exactly communicative enough to stand alone.
Excellent tonality and forms, but content is lacking. These are the two aspects of an image and I would say you aced the former. Whenever words are needed to explain an image, then the image does not speak for itself.

This is a good photo. You guys who don't seem to get it aren't looking deep enough. The reflections of both the girl & the police officer are very strong & the fact that all the faces are hidden or turned away from the camera adds mystery to the whole frame.

I can perfectly understand who is arguing that he missed the point of such a photograph; that's very personal and subjective, It works or it does not. And I have no problem with that.
