Searching for it on worldcat.org - which searches libraries across the globe - apparently the only two copies they can find are in Denmark, one of which is in the Royal Danish Library. And sadly, that URL (https://ticino.com/user/marcoant) wasn't archived by the Wayback Machine.
...don't suppose someone in Denmark wants to do some illicit scanning?
