Bad reviews from trustworthy sources on the King-Yonge Shoppers, and a reference to someone named David Nardi who processes near High Park (I have no personal experience with him.)
I use Downtown Camera for developing and scans, and have been pleased.
My favourite place, now closed, was Steichenlab, who really cared about their work, and once pointed out some spots at the end of a 220 roll I wouldn't have seen, asked to clip it so they could investigate further, and didn't charge me for developing the roll which was otherwise fine. Class act.
