Anyone use a uv and polarizer at the same time? Any issues with vignetting? Yes I am one of those paranoid never take off the uv...

Your best bet is finding the thinnest polarized filter money can buy. Nikon makes a hideously expensive ultra-thin polarized filter but I forget it's diameter.
Or you can break one of your fundamental tenets and acquire a less expensive polarized filter.
