Toyo field 45a bellows

Dear fellow photographers. As the bellows on my Toyo 45a were shot, I ordered a new set from someone in Tokyo via Ebay. My problem however is that I can't find out how to take out the old bellows. I have taken off the back, released the 8 screws that became visible, yet nothing moves. Does any of you know of a manual? Google doesn't bring up anything useful...

The bellows on your camera seem to be glued in, and they also seem to be difficult to replace.
