Because of the pandemic, most of my projects ended up on hold. Instead I found myself photographing a small urban river just around the corner from our house. There is a whole gallery of two years of photos on my website. I also ended up making two radio documentaries - one sort of about my daily walks (transcript only), and another about trees and urban forests. And now I made a small publication about the unprecedented floods along the river over the past two years. I thought I'd share it here, too.

P.S. Moderators, the publication is an item for sale. If I broke the rules, please let me know.

Bojan: Not to change the subject from your river work, but I simply love your short films, (or maybe "narrated slideshows" is more accurate). I tend to check out one or two at a time and am always just blown away by how you allow your subjects' voices to set the narrative tone. They are always presented with such generosity and respect. It feels like being invited into a conversation with someone I will never be lucky enough to meet in person. Bravo! The intimacy of your subjects' stories complements your imagery so well. Each is like a jewel.

Thank you so much Benjamin. The pandemic made that project seem a bit reckless, but now that we are easing the restrictions I am very much looking forward to continuing that project. I am so glad you enjoy them.

Bojan, you are quite simply a true photojournalist. I say this as a genuine compliment. Very nice
