Tri-X 400 @ 1600 . . .

. . . anyone have any experience in developing Tri-X shot at 1600 in D-76? Stock or 1:1? Kodak suggests stock for 9.5 minutes.

Times for stock 9.5 mins.
1+1 for 13.25 mins. according to Digital Truth's Massive Dev. Chart.

You may want to consider using a full-speed developer like Xtol or DD-X. Both of these developers will give you more shadow detail than D-76 when you shoot Tri-X at 1600.

I have pushed quite a few rolls of tri-x to 1600 in d-76 stock and i think the suggested time is way too short. my procedure is 3 agitations per minute for 11 minutes and then 3 minutes stand - at 20°C. Works fine for me...
