Here's a few shots I took the other night while out with friends. It was dark in the bar, despite the numerous light sources. I just metered at home for 6400 to get a basic idea. I judged the light in the bar to be slightly darker than home, and shot without metering. Still not quite enough light on the film, IMHO, but better than I was expecting and it was fun. If they were important shots, I'd have them.

The basic idea was to just get some shots at 6400 with Tri-X, so I'm not sharing my "best of the best" or anything. It was very casual.

Anyway, here they are:

Sign outside (obviously):

Basically the whole joint, including the live band, but excluding the bar down the left side (you can see the stools):

Obligatory pretty girl shot (basically hip shot of a friend and her friend, my bad timing concerning the pose):

Leaving Dusty's:

Obligatory test shot in better lighting taken the next day:

"Dingy Bar 1.5" metering, Tri-X film in straight D-76 for 12 minutes at 72F. Except for the bike, all shots were at 1.5 at 1/50 with a Jupiter-3 on a Kiev 4A. The bike was the same camera, a J-9 85/2 at 1/125, probably f/2.8.
