$75 and free shipping in the US for a bulk roll of tri-x, a pretty good deal compared to recent prices. maybe things are gonna change, at least I hope so. Either way, its a good price. No affiliation with them except Im a customer.

I was curious to see what it would cost to ship to Australia. Although they ship outside the US, when I select Australia as the shipping location, there's no additional shipping charge shown in the shopping cart! However the site says "free shipping in US" so I assume they'll add a charge. No point in ordering unless total charge is known.

Interested to hear what they say. HP5+ locally seems to have gone up to ~A$110 recently (my last roll was A$80) so it could be a good choice.

Hopefully it is a sign of things to come and TMAX400 also comes down - worldwide...

I was surprised to learn that Tri-X has gone up in price so much. It's about 20% more expensive than HP5 here in Europe.

They call it Tri-X 402. Is this different then the regular Tri-X? It seems that a different number (though similar) and such a low price compared to prices from other suppliers; kind of makes me suspicious that it is not regular Tri-X.

Freestyle now have it at $76.49.

I'm still not convinced it's better than using the standard rolls. Of course if you live in the US and it's free postage 🙂

I never received any response to my e-mail so I guess sending stuff outside of the US is not a priority. I just checked their site and it still doesn't calculate shipping for international postage.
