Kodak E100G, Kodak Portra VS 160, Kodak Tmax 100, Fomapan 100 Classic and 200, Ilford Delta100, and consumergrade Kodacolor 200.

Also got Agfa CT100 slide, Ilford FP4 (bulk), TriX (bulk), OrwoPan 400, Kodak Panatomic 100 (bulk) in the fridge.

That is 35mm only.

So hard to choose one, actually, Impossible!!! Also, my preferences change too. Right now these are my faves:

35mm b&w: fp4+, neopan 400, neopan 1600
120 b&w: pan f, fp4+, neopan 400, delta 3200

35mm color neg: ektar, fuji 400h, portra 800
120 color neg: ektar, portra 160vc, portra 400nc

35mm color slide: provia 100f, e100g, provia 400x
120 color slide: astia 100f, e100g, provia 400x

nope, can't choose one 🙂
 
I use XP2 and BW400CN for BW and Kodak Ultramax 400 for color when I plan to scan the negatives (almost all of them at this time). I have a still virgin 300ft of TriX Pro in the fridge, but I'm getting lazy and prefer to have the films C41'd rather than souping them by myself. When available, Fuji 800 color negative and Provia F are my second choice films.
 
Must say in future I'll be buying Velvia 100, not 50. Not for the extra stop, although that's good, but for the reciprocity. Velvia 50, according to the datasheet needs correction after a couple of seconds, Velvia 100 after 2 minutes. I like night shots, so this is an issue for me, and I absolutely cannot tell the difference between them in the results.
 
Don't know much about color, I did a test try of provia 100F and ektar 100 (waiting for dev), a bit more knowledgeable about bw. I love HP5 and TriX, which is what I use most of the time.
 
Btw, I can't seem to be able to find Velvia 50 anywhere where I live. I heard so much about that mythical film that I was really bummed out when I couldn't try it.
 
Fuji Superia Reala 100 so far but I am so green I haven't used many brands of film. Second would be Kodak Gold 200. I haven't learned enough to exploit faster films (or slower films for that matter...haha) or B&W. I do have a 36 exposure roll of 2007 Kodachrome 64 in my camera going right now. If it turns out nice I will be convinced that I like slow films. I have some Fuji 160S and Superia Reala 100 on the way - I'll have to see how a face rendered via Fuji 160S and Fuji Superia Reala 100 looks vs. Kodachrome 64.

APX 100 (Rollei Retro 100) has been my first choice for a couple of years now. It's a goner now and I need a replacement.

For something a bit faster I've used Neopan 400. I have a love and hate relationship with that film and will probably dump it because they killed the 120 and LegacyPro400.
 
It's frightingly expensive (especially compared to B&W), but I still like Provia 400X. Amazingly fine-grained for its speed, and the colours are terrific, with a little more shadow detail than I manage with Velvia.
 
B&W: Ilford Delta 100 / Kodak Tri-X 400

C41: Ektar 100 or Portra

E6: Agfachrome, Velvia or Sensia

(No such thing as one, single favorite film, unfortunately!)
