Yes, I keep one. So does Dan Wagner, aka NY_Dan here. I like the large clean display and the option of pushing out links to other social media.

I like the queue function, allowing you to stagger posts over 24 hours or so.

For all replying: what keeps you on tumblr as opposed to using/switching to some other platform? Do you have standalone portfolios as well as tumblr blogs?

Tumblr's pluses in no particular order of significance
a) it gives you decent control over the design (or lack thereof) of your blog
b) it's dead easy to use
c) they take care of how things look on all the various mobile platforms
d) who even reads traditional blogs anymore? and keeps bookmarks or subscribes to RSS feeds? I think the chance of being discovered and followed is much greater on Tumblr.
e) lots of talented people use it and the platform makes it very simple to keep an eye on their work.

On the back of this, could users post 3 of their favourite tumblrs? I'll start;

Pretty much all the reasons I still use it too. I love reading other (traditional) blogs, and I feel like some other ones that aren't on Tumblr have some appeal too. blakeandrews.blogspot.com is one of my favorite traditional blogs, and even though it's on an outdated system such as blogspot, it still looks nice and is easy to read through.Tumblr's pluses in no particular order of significance

I think my biggest qualm with Tumblr is it's archival system. It's terrible. If I could find a way to implement blogger or wordpress' archival system on my Tumblr, I'd be a happy camper.

Reconnected.
I've used one for a while, I never really had anything negative to say about it, but it's a decent enough platform.

My random musings are on tumblr. See signature. I like it very much. In fact, I'm thinking of dumping my web site and just tumblring.

I've been using it for a few years now, I think the user experience is pretty great. (I wish I could queue more posts though, and I wish there was a shuffle queue option, just to mix things up)

Apparently I have to be a member to be able to read your blog, since your address only directs me to a general site of tumbler asking me to register
btw I have entrance to the 'popular' tumbler sites that are posted here; theres no limitation at all

I like the group approach, Lauffray, especially as a way to apprehend a city.

Wow, these are beautiful. I've seen group-run tumblrs before, but never one group in once city. That's a wonderful idea that's clearly been executed well.
