Twisted, mangled Nikon S2

With 25 minutes left, they've tip-toed the price up to $47. Tack on the $19 shipping, and it's more than I would pay for it. One buyer is really bound and determined to get it, as they keep pumping in the bids.

PF

UPDATE! Went for $48 with a bid at 8 seconds remaining. The buyer who kept bumping up the price never had a chance, and the winner could tell they likely only put in a $1 bid their last time. Think they'll get their $67 back after stripping it?

Maybe it was a prototype S2 and it was used by Robert Capa?

I think the curvilinear surface is designed to allow the camera to fit more easily into a crowded camera bag.

No, wait, I've got it: It's to allow Chi energy to flow more smoothly over the camera. It's the best way to get really smooth bokeh.
