Really like both of these. Composition strong on both. The simplicity of the first works well for the subject. Like the cross of lines leading to the subject. And the "noisy" background of the second lends itself to the tattooed guy nicely. Very well done!
I like the idea in the first one - well seen. Less headroom and more wider or rather tight would work better for me. I don't like the size of the man in that frame (it is something in between). Same with the second one but there the background makes it (as previously noted). Lower POV would work better and saving the guy's hands in the frame. That's just my opinion, it is all matter of taste.
