Ultrafine Xtreme Black & White Film ISO 400

Ultrafine eXtreme 400 does pretty good color, too. 😉

Nikon FM2n, AI Nikkor 50mm f/1.8S, Ultrafine eXtreme 400, developed in LegacyPro L110 at 1:31 for 5.5 minutes. Three individual black and white frames shot through Tiffen #25 Red, #58 Green, and #47 Blue filters, respectively, then combined using GIMP to create a trichrome color image.

Thanks, wintoid! I haven't tried trichromy with non-static objects or people yet, but you can get some interesting color artifacts when there's motion in between the three filtered frames. 🙂

Thanks, Ricoh! I haven't experimented too much yet, but the person I bought it from shared a tip with me about stacking lenses. The seller mentioned that if you combine 2 or more of lenses to get additional magnification, it is best to have the strongest one closest to the camera lens.

In any case, I'm not sure if there's a dedicated thread on the forum about close up filters, but hope you can share some results. Good luck and enjoy!

It's not the most user friendly program, but it's free, and it works! 😀
