wow, feels like home!

the men were the cooks in my family. they cooked for the holidays and the women cooked everyday and sundays. but my mom did make a great sauce. i use her recipe plus a little extra of my own, but living alone i don't make it that often. occasionally i will make a big pot and freeze it in smaller containers.

my sister is in meriden are you close to there?

Meriden is the exact center of the state. I am about 25-30 minutes east of there off Rte 66.
