Unable to post Classified

Anyone having a problem posting a classified? Never had a problem before and this is a smaller ad with fewer pictures than I normally post. This is the error message

DSCF0039.JPG (exceeds your PHP maximum upload value.)

DSCF0039 is the 1st picture. Replaced with another picture and get the same error with the new picture. This has happened over the last couple of days.

How big is the picture? It probably exceeds whatever upload or size limit RFF has

OK, I got past the error that started this thread - use a smaller version of the photo - but now I'm stuck on the payments.

PayPal throws an error on the link.

I can log in to PayPal myself without any difficulty.

So how do I pay you guys?
