Uneven exposure

First i should mention this is part II of this thread, sort of. I did some more testing, and the development doesn't seem to be the problem. So i started looking at my camera (an M6) a lot more carefully.Since this camera has a horizontal travel shutter, i don't think the shutter could be the problem as the uneven parts would be vertical (or so i think). I noticed a black foil, which looks like some sort of plastic, which is pretty shinny and i think might be causing my problem because it might reflect the light. Should that thing be there and do you think that is causing my problem?
I attached 2 pics, one presenting my problem (an extreme case of the problem, when the sun is in the clouds the problem is barely noticeable), and one showing that plastic thingy.

The foil is part of a light trap and should be there. But if it intrudes into the frame it will give you the result you see in the print.

I've seen this with my M4 when changing lenses - I have to be careful to avoid direct light into the camera body while I have the lens off. (Now solved by selling all but one lens!) On a roll I shot yesterday I also had light bleed from one frame to the adjacent frame, where one shot had the sun in the frame right near the edge.

in the end it turned out to be my agitation. agitating at one minute intervals wasn't enough. Why, i don't know, as this has been my standard technique for quite a while, and before i bought the m6 i didn't notice it. But one inversion every 30 seconds seemed to do the trick in the end. Not even 4 inversions every minute would work

That seems to be a very rapid agitation cycle. I don't really know the developer, but Trius on the forum says that plastic reels can cause this problem. Either way you shouldn't have to agitate that often.
