I've read Fuji's instructions on updating firmware but I'm still not clear on something. I have a couple of recently purchased X-Pro1 cameras with outdated firmware. One is 3.40 and the other is 3.50. Today, I see that Fuji just released 3.61.
My question is, does the most recent update always incorporate all previous updates? In other words, can I update directly from 3.40 and 3.50 to 3.61 without those intervening updates?

Thanks.
That seemed like the logical and reasonable thing. But logic and reason are often in short supply.
