UR Leica Prototype Lens on the bay?

It looks like an ordinary 1920's/30's Leitz microscope objective, which is probably what Barnack used when he was experimenting with cameras. I think it's worth about 25USD. I think the description given by the vendor could be misleading. Someone should tell him and note his response
