I have on and it sucks. Mine has hard inserts which can't be removed and only fit a M. Not flexible at all.
Worth? Hard to predict. I's say nothing but you might find someone who wants one. It is made of real lather though.
Cheers,

About £35 pounds in the UK - the leather is top (and soft) quality - roughly US $56.

these bags are great if you don't use a case or a softie on your camera, the camera fits very tightly in it.

I guess if one needs a red dot, then its worth a few bucks.

These bags are selling in local US Midwest camera swap meets for $50 to $75.
I have used one for almost 20 years and like it. Here's why it works for me:

I have used one for almost 20 years and like it. Here's why it works for me:
- The hard insert makes the sides and bottom secure
- The strap is double thick and wraps under the bottom of the bag
- The double zippered top gives easy access to the contents
- The front snap pocket is great for quick access to maps, a shutter release, etc.
- The leather has worn well.
- The four corners of the bottom have metal bumper guards

I don't know if I would even want to carry around the Leica bag. I would rather have some shabby looking little nylon bag if any bag at all...

You could always put black duct tape over the red dot and a few other places to make it looks shabby.
