Hello!

I own, at this moment, 3 scale focusing cameras; the wonderfull Rollei 35s, the very usefull Petri Color 35 and the fashionable Agfa Optima 1035. Had some other, but i kept only the ones in good condition.

All nice, but i wonder, if there are more nice and small cameras out there?
Beside the Petri Color, that has the distance scale AND metering needle visible in viewfinder, is there any other cam to have that?
Perhapse even the chosen aperture/shutter combination, or at least one of the both?

And what is the fastest and the widest lens on a scale focusing camera?
I don't belive that there is anything faster than f2.8, but i might be wrong, i hope...

And wider than 40mm?

Why all the asking? I try to fool my GAS with searching for some new but less expensive gear...

The fastest would be an Olympus XA-2 with a 35mm 1:3.5 lens. But it includes only a slow-speed warning led in the viewfinder.

The Minox 35 comes to mind. 35mm, f2.8

There are several models, all aperture priority, but they differ in how the shutter speed is displayed at the right hand side of the viewfinder. The GT/GTE models for instance have a needle, the ML/MB models have a couple of leds.

You can somewhat see the distance and aperture scale on the lens through the viewfinder.. but it's easier to just look at them directly..
