hello.
i bought a m21 3.4 super angulon and it came with this filter on it. I wonder if it is a proper filtre for the 'sa'?.

Yes it is. It is shared with the telyt, which started v1 production in 1939, with a v2 in 1959. Both telyt versions predate the SAs use of this filter which was released in 1963 with this filter, hence they are the telyt filter, not the other way around. 🙂

is it okay to use this filtre on m21 3.4 sa?or should i find another uva for it?

It's the perfect filter for the SA.
The other option is a series 7 filter in the hood.
